Every Pokémon Game Released Since Red & Blue
A worldwide juggernaut. The largest and most successful media franchise of all time, that is what Pokémon has become. As many of us know, the Pokémon franchise contains video games, a manga, an animated series, films, a trading card game, action figures, and other related media. The story takes place in a universe where humans co-exist with creatures known as Pokémon, who represent a large variety of species that are gifted with special and astonishing powers. Today we will be going through the entire line of games, both the core series as well as the spin-off series. The core video game line is a series of role-playing video games developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company. While the main series consists of RPGs, the spin-off games encompass other genres, such as action role-playing, puzzle, fighting, and digital pet games. Most Pokémon video games were developed exclusively for Nintendo consoles, starting from the Original Game Boy all the way up to the current Nintendo Switch.
